SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS:
Free Shipping Eligibility
Free standard shipping is available for orders with a subtotal of at least $90 CAD (after any discounts have been applied and before applicable taxes) being delivered to most addresses within Canada. Shipping fees are added if your order does not meet the requirements. VVILD will determine the best standard shipping carrier for each free shipping order. Shipping times are approximately 1-5 business days from the date your payment is received, and depending on your location, your choice of delivery service, public holidays, weather conditions and order traffic and other unforeseen circumstances. Orders under $90 CAD will pay shipping and applicable taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable and vary by product and shipping location. Delivery addresses in some areas will be designated as “beyond zones” and do not qualify for free delivery.

$15 on orders less than $90 CAD
FREE for orders that exceed $90 CAD for END-USERS ONLY
Beyond Zones
Beyond zones are determined by our courier companies based on your postal code, and are typically more remote and/or rural locations that are outside of their typically defined, standard shipping regions. If you are located in a beyond zone – which will be determined once you provide your postal code during check out – then an additional shipping charge will be applied to your order.
Age Verification Policy
VVILD complies with federal and provincial guidelines on the sale and distribution of our products to underage customers. We check government-issued ID with valid expiration date for delivery or pickup for all orders. All deliveries are “signature required”. Orders shipped to a P.O. box address will be kept at a Canada Post office for pickup.
Shipping & Tracking
Once a package leaves our warehouse facility and a tracking number is provided, the package becomes the responsibility of the specified carrier. Tracking numbers are emailed to the account holder by end of day PST, and can take up to one business day to update its progress. We do not offer refunds if the package arrives late due to postal issues or delays. All orders are defaulted to “Signature Required”.
Please contact us via email (sales@vvild.ca) along with your order number if you do not get your package after two days past the expected delivery date. We can help you do a trace with the shipping company. An order will be deemed lost after the courier investigation has been completed by the shipping company. We must wait until the investigation has been completed before we are able to send you a confirmation notice and resend or refund the order for insurance purpose.
Please note that you are responsible to provide a valid name and a complete address. VVILD do not re-ship packages that have been returned to sender due to an incorrect shipping address or if it has not been picked up from the post office within the allotted time frame.
